You need a passport valid for at least 6 months on arrival, a valid visa (e.g. Umrah or tourist visa) and your booking documents. We will inform you in good time about all current requirements.

Umrah can be performed all year round outside the days of Hajj. October to March offers a more pleasant climate; demand is especially high during Ramadan, so we recommend booking early.

Yes. We can adapt the duration, hotels, room type and departure airport to your wishes, subject to availability. Just send us a request.

Depending on the package, a Hajj trip usually takes about two to three weeks, including the stay in Makkah, the days in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah and – depending on the programme – Madinah.

For many nationalities (including German passport holders), Umrah outside the Hajj season is also possible with a Saudi tourist e-visa. Rules may change – we are happy to check your individual case.

Yes. We support you with the application, check your documents and inform you about processing times and current requirements.

Depending on the programme, we offer departures from various German airports such as Düsseldorf, Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt or Dortmund. You will find the departure airports in each trip description.

The baggage allowance depends on the airline and fare. You will receive the exact details with your booking confirmation.

The distance is stated for each hotel. We prefer hotels within walking distance of Masjid al-Haram or the Prophet’s Mosque.

We usually offer double, triple and quad rooms, sometimes also suites and family rooms. The price depends on room occupancy.

You send us a free request via the booking form. We check availability, contact you personally and send you a written offer. The booking only becomes binding with your acceptance and our booking confirmation.

Cancellation terms are governed by our terms and conditions and those of the airlines and hotels. We recommend travel cancellation insurance and are happy to advise you.
